I used Free2move last weekend, and what I remember most is how clean the car was when I picked it up. No odd smell, the seats looked fresh, and the dashboard wasn’t dusty like I’ve seen with some rentals before. It made the whole drive feel a lot more comfortable. I’d definitely use them again.

"Easy booking, just a little slow in places"
I booked a car on Free2Move and, like I said, it was mostly a smooth experience. The website was easy enough to use, and I found the dates and pickup location without any real hassle. Like I said, the only downside was that a few pages loaded a bit slowly, and I did have to double-check the price details before I paid. But overall, it worked fine, and I got my confirmation quickly. I’d give it 4 stars.

"Felt Dumb for Trusting the Booking Process"
Booking was easy, which is probably why I let my guard down. But the insurance details were really confusing, and I didn’t fully understand what was actually covered until later. I felt kind of stupid for trusting that everything would be clear upfront.

"Completely Left Stranded"
I booked a car through Free2move, got all the way there, and then found out there wasn’t even a vehicle available. Like… seriously? The staff basically shrugged and said there was nothing they could do. I was so frustrated I could’ve screamed. It totally wasted my time and completely wrecked my plans for the day.

I had an issue come up and reached out for help, and they got back to me quickly. I checked my emails and receipt details while we were sorting it out, and everything was handled without much hassle. In the end, the problem was fixed and I was happy with the support

"Decent car, frustrating refund process"
The car itself was totally fine, no real complaints there. But getting my refund back was such a hassle. I had to keep chasing support over and over, and after a while it felt like I was begging for my own money. Waiting weeks for it just left me really annoyed and resentful about the whole experience.

The price initially seemed reasonable, which is why I decided to go ahead with it. However, by the time I got to the final total, there were extra fees that I didn’t expect. Maybe I overlooked something, but I feel like those charges should be much more clearly shown before booking. It came off as a bit misleading, tbh.

The van was spotless when I picked it up, which I really appreciated. No weird smells, no crumbs, nothing sticky on the cup holders. I used it for a quick run across town on a rainy Tuesday, and everything went smoothly with no issues at all.

I showed up and literally nobody was there, which was already frustrating enough. Then I somehow got charged extra on top of that, so... not really sure what happened there, but it definitely wasn’t okay.

"Price on the website didn’t match what I ended up paying"
I booked a car through free2move thinking the price was clear from what the website showed, but after the trip I got hit with extra fees I wasn’t expecting. That’s what annoyed me the most, the website says one thing, then the invoice shows something else, and it’s not really clear why. I contacted support, but the replies felt like copy-paste answers and didn’t actually explain much. In the end I paid a lot more than I had planned, so I don’t think I’d use them again.

"Charged More Than Expected"
I got charged more than what was shown at checkout, which was frustrating. Support did end up fixing it, so that was good, but it took way too long to get sorted out. Just wish the process had been quicker, because it really should have been quicker.

My deposit still hasn’t come back, and it’s getting really frustrating. Every time I reach out to support, it feels like they just dodge the question or give me some vague reply. not a great experience at all.

I used free2move the car itself was totally fine. No real complaints there. But trying to extend the rental? Yeah, that was way more annoying than it needed to be. The app was super unclear about whether the extension actually went through, so I ended up trying a few times and basically just hoping it was confirmed. Then support took forever to respond, which made the whole thing even more stressful because I was sitting there wondering if I was about to get hit with extra charges. It did work out in the end, thankfully, but come on, this should not be that complicated. Not the worst experience ever, but I definitely expected the process to be smoother...

"Parking Was Close, But a Little Confusing"
I did find parking close by, so that was nice, but yeah, the signs kind of threw me off. I kept second-guessing whether I was actually allowed to park there or if I was going to come back to a ticket, which is never fun. It worked out in the end, but it definitely could’ve been clearer
